When is money due?

  • Security Deposit And Application Fee Is Due Within 48 Hours of Lease Signing
  • Rent Is Due On The First Of Each Month
  • Rent Is Late On The Third Of The Month
  • Late fees start at $20 and will increase an additional $30 after the 10th of the month

Lease Information

  • You Can Not Cancel Your Lease Once Signed
  • Subleasing Is Allowed (Management Approval Required)
  • University Towers Is Not Responsible For Providing A Subleaser
