University Towers offers Single Liability Leases to meet your needs.
With a Single Liability Lease, you will have a lease for 1 bedroom in a 2
or 3 bedroom apartment and share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with 1-2 other residents of the same gender.
University Towers is responsible for finding the other roommate and
they will be on their own lease separate from yours.
